4. SMS Communications Policy (A2P Compliant)

Consent

By providing your phone number through our website form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from RealFlow Systems regarding:

CRM demo scheduling

Appointment reminders

Account notifications

Onboarding assistance

Customer support responses

Consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies but generally does not exceed 2–4 messages per week per inquiry.

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.

To pay all fees listed in your invoice or agreement

Subscription fees are billed automatically unless canceled

Late payments may result in suspension

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

6. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before billing date.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges.

Access may terminate immediately upon cancellation.

Results depend on user effort, market conditions, and implementation.

Workflows

Designs

Remain property of RealFlow Systems unless otherwise agreed.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute proprietary materials.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may integrate with:

SMS providers

Email services

Payment processors

Hosting providers

CRM software

We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or interruptions from third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability ⚠️ LEGAL SHIELD

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RealFlow Systems shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Lost profits

Data loss

Business interruption

Carrier filtering or message blocking

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Indemnification ⚠️ PROTECTION CLAUSE

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealFlow Systems from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from:

Your misuse of services

Your SMS marketing violations

Regulatory fines caused by your campaigns

This protects you from client misuse.

12. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you:

Violate these Terms

Engage in prohibited activities

Fail to make payment

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe violations.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
